This website address is klamathbioregion.org (hereafter referred to as the “Site”). The Site is supported by Stuart Heaslet, a private individual with no legal or organizational affiliations associated with the Klamath Bioregion.

Stuart Heaslet and his assigns will never disclose any information collected by the Site to any third party unless compelled to do so by a valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order (“Legal Process”). Information collected through your use of the Site is for the sole purpose of facilitating or improving our working or informal relationship with you.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
